Overworking

I was busy last Friday. Real busy! I got to work at 8am and planted myself in front of the computer. A few coke cans and 12 hours later, I found myself still at my desk facing the screen and working. This has been an all to familiar scene for me lately. Not that I mind, I quite enjoy my job. However, I think that things maybe getting a little out of hand. Lately I’ve found myself thinking about work, talking about work, and sometimes even dreaming about work (but that’s a whole other story).

Will tend to blame fate or circumstances for their failures. “Life is unfair”, “My genetics is the reason I can’t lose weight”, “It’s just not me to be into fitness”.
