Overworking

I was busy last Friday. Real busy! I got to work at 8am and planted myself in front of the computer. A few coke cans and 12 hours later, I found myself still at my desk facing the screen and working. This has been an all to familiar scene for me lately. Not that I mind, I quite enjoy my job. However, I think that things maybe getting a little out of hand. Lately I’ve found myself thinking about work, talking about work, and sometimes even dreaming about work (but that’s a whole other story).

Setting Goals

Keeping Healthy and Energised

I got a Facebook request the other day from a guy I haven’t seen in a while. I was happy that he found me. This guy was a riot at University. He was the life of every party, a keen surfer and an overall bundle of energy. He never got sick or ran out of energy. Not once! I remember asking him one day how he managed to stay so healthy and full of life. His reply… lemons!
